恒功率電伴熱帶分為兩類:并聯恒功率電伴熱帶和串聯恒功率電伴熱帶。
并(bing)聯(lian)恒(heng)功率電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴熱(re)(re)帶由七部分組(zu)成(cheng):鍍(du)錫(xi)銅(tong)絞(jiao)線、芯線絕緣護(hu)套、內(nei)護(hu)套、發熱(re)(re)絲(si)、外護(hu)套、編織層、外護(hu)套。并(bing)聯(lian)恒(heng)功率電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻絲(si)連接方式(shi)為并(bing)聯(lian),由兩根平行的鍍(du)錫(xi)銅(tong)絲(si)包在(zai)F46絕緣層內(nei),為電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)母線,鎳鉻合金電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)絲(si)纏繞在(zai)外護(hu)套上,電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)絲(si)每隔(ge)一個固定距離(li)焊接,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)一個連續的并(bing)聯(lian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)銅(tong)母線通電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),并(bing)聯(lian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻會隨之發熱(re)(re),即形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)一個連續的加(jia)熱(re)(re)帶。
