1、適應性強(qiang)
3口(kou)試(shi)臉并(bing)(bing)含(han)水(shui)(shui)(shui)都在(zai)2091以上,其中(zhong)b,c兩口(kou)并(bing)(bing)2007年(nian)曾安(an)裝并(bing)(bing)下電(dian)(dian)熱(re)油(you)管(guan)生產(chan),在(zai)使用(yong)過程中(zhong)由于含(han)水(shui)(shui)(shui)上升,兩口(kou)并(bing)(bing)并(bing)(bing)下電(dian)(dian)路頻縈斷電(dian)(dian),2010年(nian)年(nian)初(chu)由于并(bing)(bing)下絕緣短接(jie)燒壞兩口(kou)并(bing)(bing)并(bing)(bing)下電(dian)(dian)熱(re)管(guan)停止使用(yong),證明并(bing)(bing)下電(dian)(dian)熱(re)油(you)管(guan)不適于安(an)裝在(zai)中(zhong)高(gao)含(han)水(shui)(shui)(shui)油(you)并(bing)(bing).而安(an)裝應用(yong)并(bing)(bing)下電(dian)(dian)熱(re)帶以來,3口(kou)試(shi)臉并(bing)(bing)從(cong)未出(chu)現(xian)斷電(dian)(dian)現(xian)象,證明并(bing)(bing)下電(dian)(dian)熱(re)帶對(dui)中(zhong)高(gao)含(han)水(shui)(shui)(shui)油(you)并(bing)(bing)適應性強.
2、防(fang)蠟效果突出
3口(kou)并實側平均出(chu)口(kou)溫(wen)度45℃,高于區塊原油N固點溫(wen)度36℃,從(cong)試驗并電(dian)流(liu)載荷變化上(shang)看,較試臉前有較大(da)幅度下降(jiang),其(qi)中上(shang)下電(dian)流(liu)分別(bie)下降(jiang)1.7AAAA,最(zui)大(da)級小救荷分別(bie)下降(jiang)5.1kN/0.8kN.
3、耗電及與井下電熱油(you)管相(xiang)當.
但(dan)節電(dian)(dian)潛力(li)較(jiao)大3口并(bing)實測(ce)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)單(dan)并(bing)實耗功率(lv)19.54kW,平(ping)(ping)均(jun)單(dan)并(bing)日(ri)耗電(dian)(dian)469.02kW/h.而(er)b與(yu)c兩口并(bing)應用電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)油(you)管(guan)時(shi)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)單(dan)并(bing)實耗功率(lv)18.75kW,平(ping)(ping)均(jun)單(dan)并(bing)日(ri)耗電(dian)(dian)450kW/h.二者比較(jiao)耗電(dian)(dian)情況相當.面(mian)井(jing)下電(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)根據(ju)其結構特點,即可以(yi)(yi)全并(bing)安裝,也(ye)可以(yi)(yi)在井(jing)筒中結蠟部位(wei)部分(fen)安裝使用,其加(jia)熱(re)(re)方(fang)式(shi)可以(yi)(yi)采用周(zhou)期加(jia)熱(re)(re)來降低能耗,因(yin)此節能潛力(li)較(jiao)大.
